A Brief History and where PMH Security Ltd are today.

PMH Security Ltd was formed in 1981 by Peter Hillaby, our current Chairman. In that year - America's first shuttle mission was launched- but can you remember the name of the craft? Can you also remember the marriage of The Prince and Princess of Wales? That is how long PMH Security Ltd have been established.

The registered offices are in Scarborough, however the day-to-day running of the company is carried out from the heart of our operations centre located in York City Centre.

Moving on 16 years from our inception, in 1997 PMH Security Ltd was involved in the setting up of RACY - Retailers Against Crime in York. This was an initiative between the North Yorkshire Police, Retailers and the City of York Council. Our close ties with the North Yorkshire Police & City of York Council ensure PMH Security are always on the edge to react & deal with any local/regional or national developing trends-immediately!

PMH Security Ltd are proud of their excellent reputation and in 1999 were delighted to be awarded the ISO9002 certification.
