PMH Security Ltd have spent the last few years getting a team of security staff that are trained and screened to BS7858 standard; PMH Security's staff are of the highest calibre and reflect the image of the company that takes quality of service seriously.

All potential PMH Security officers are selected to be trustworthy and dependable individuals.

Security Officer.


The men and women that wear the PMH Security uniform are recruited from many walks of life, all of our customers have different requirements, and staff are chosen to reflect this.

All officers are screened to British Standards and trained in the basic skills needed for their chosen career.

The Training.


Potential PMH Security officers training includes basic security, first aid & fire awareness, also specific training to suit the customer requirements.

All potential officers are encouraged to further their security careers by taking NVQ's and City & Guilds courses specifically designed for the security industry.

Our security officers are in the front line in the business of customer care. This demands a high level of responsibility and expertise. In the main they fulfill a dual role, acting on behalf of our clients through dealing with their visitors and staff, whilst at the same time carrying out essential security duties.

We firmly believe in investing in the long term development of all security personnel and our staff retention rates are excellent. All security officers employed by PMH Security Ltd will receive comprehensive training as governed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA), and laid down in the ISO 9001 accredited quality management systems.

The training consists of a full induction into PMH Security Ltd procedures and policies, followed by a BTEC EDEXCEL level 2 qualification in security operations (SIA approved training course) and the completion of the relevant applications for the SIA License and the enhanced CRB check.

At the clients site location all of our security officers receive a full induction and are required to familiarise themselves with the relevant fire evacuation procedures, bomb threat procedures and all health and safety requirements, as well as the clients operational policies as contained in the site assignment instructions. All other training requirements are to be established prior to provision of services, these may include:

Customer Services / Communication Training


Level II Conflict Management and Conflict Resolution Training - Dealing with violence at work
